Refund & Return Policy

At UrbanKicks, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns/Replacement:

• We offer 7-day return or replacement on eligible products.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable conditions:

• Used or damaged products by customer.

• Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
