The shoes are lightweight, great quality and perfect fit with half a size up. The styling is also great on these, can use them as a track shoe or even for casual wear however if you have flat feet, strictly avoid these shoes.
Learnt it the hard way, my flat feet keep rolling inwards even when I walk or just stand in the.
Running at marathon pace is also difficult due to lack of medial support for my flat feet and causes soreness and pain in the tibialis anterior, posterior and soleus muscles. Flat feet should avoid these.
Overal just talking about the shoe, they are great in terms of quality, styling and bouncy feel which is useful for marathon prep.
